A few remarks:
- The translation will be written directly to the database. I haven't tested it, but I think there's no check for SQL injection. I think so because I received errors when I used a ' in the translated value.
- The layout of the file differes, whether you want to change translations or update the labels
- There are some missing element, for which I created a user voice:https://community.webcon.com/forum/thread/906?messageid=906
- If you want to translate an application with multiple processes, you should translate all sheets before the process sheet and import these translations. Afterwards you can export the processes so they have all the updated values.

I do Translations on https://bpstranslator.webcon.com/ portal. I am looking for a documentation that explains about
each System name where that Current translation or Suggest translation gets displayed . All that type of info I need.

Ah sorry, I didn’t read the post carefully enough.

I have only used this option to translate specific words which I could easily locate by searching for the current phrase.

I assume that a documentation in this detail you are requesting doesn’t exist. You could search for the system name of the translation entry in the source code with dev tools/ on the server which my yield some result. But I would guess, that you are faster by first translating everything based on your experience and trial and error afterwards.
