Hi folks,
I need to grant task assignments to a specific user, for already existing specific instances. And a select other person, which is already assigned, should be unassigned.
Except for the "Add/Remove Privileges" Action (which is not what we want), I have found no way to switch task assignments. Is there a way to do it, preferrably via a MenuButton?

Hi Fabian,
Our idea is to add a path that will lead to the current step and assign a task to a specific user. This solution alone will allow you to remove assignment from one person and add it to another.
You can specify form visibility rule to display the path button only to person currently assigned.
To display paths as menu buttons, mark the “Path lists” checkbox in step’s main form configuration.
All available paths will be displayed in a dropdown as shown in attached screenshot.
If you mark a path as a quick path, it will also be available in reports.
