There is a functionality called: "Mass notification". WEBCON BPS Designer Studio -> System settings -> Global Parameters -> E-mail notifications -> Mass notifications.

Yes you can configure it. In version 2022 you can even use Business rules to configure sending conditions.

Mass notification is an old functionality (it exists in all old versions) but it was refreshed (improved) in version 2022.

Yes, I know about the functionality but I don't see any options to limit the notifications to specific steps (we are using 2021.1.1.45) and I don't have the 2022 version installed anywhere.

Am I missing something or is this only possible in 2022?

Hi,
The feature you would like to configure is available in the BPS 2022. There you can use custom scenarios when the notification should be sent. One of the predefined scenarios is the instance's current step.
