Multiple Lines Form Field with Character Limit

Hello all,

I'm having some issues with the multiple lines filed which is now giving issues with a limit number of characters not allowing subworkflows to run.
Does anyone have the same issue?

I've added more lines in the field but it doesn't work as well.
