Is it possible to create at the finish stage word file using data from WFHistoryElements table? Where should I store data regarding stages, time of the stages and person details assign to this stage to be able to used them in document template?

Hi,
if you really need a word file, than the only option would be to create a data table and use this in word. You can use a data table like an item list to print a table in word.
If you would be fine with a pdf file, you could an intermedia html file which could be converted to pdf.
The html file would allow you to take more control of how the date of the data table is rendered. The attached screenshot is taken from the help. Just search for tags or variables and scroll down to the bottom. The variables page lists a lot of interesting options which can be used for "normal" fields.
If you want to take even more control about the generation of the word file, you would need to create an SDK action.
