Hello,

I try to render values from a rich text editor (multiple lines of text; Mode: Rich) as a column of a table on a Word-Document.
But after the Wordfile generation the formatting is lost.

In the database the value is stored as: X2OTestBla

Is it possible to generate the Wordfile with the given formatting?

Hi,

Word doesn't recognize the HTML format. You can generate PDF-type documents. Other people have encountered this issue as well; you can take inspiration from this post:

Hi

As Raluca mentioned, there is no possibility to create a Word document with rich text fields apart from creating a PDF.

I had been looking at different options and came to the conclusion that the only way is to create an SDK action.
In other projects, we used SyncFusion's DocIo to add rich text to a Word document, so I know that it is possible.
