Button delete - over the process

Hi,

Do you have the Delete button available in the field matrix on Standard Areas?
I'm not sure if the users can delete the instance (even if the button is visible in the field matrix) without being business admin.
I never grant the access for deleting instances because of mistakes from the user interaction

Hi,
If the user has rights only for "launch new workflow instances" and for the application "Metadata access", they will only be able to delete the instances they created.
If the user has administrator rights, they will be able to delete all instances. You can hide the button from the matrix or conceal it using JavaScript or a form rule based on certain conditions.

I'm not sure I understood the requirement. If the answer is not helpful, could you provide more detailed explanations?

Thank you for your response.
I am attaching a screen.
At the beginning of the process, you can see that I also have the "delete" option selected.
I can't see it through the user interface unless I set business admin rights.

You can create a menu button with achieve action.
You will set the action for delete instance.

As you can see, I have the "delete" option enabled in the form menu.
