I have no problem with transferring processes in WEBCON Designer Studio, but how to transfer data?

do you want to transfer only the data of the workflow instances or the database as mentioned in your question?

I'm stuck.
I moved the BPS_Content database from the previous server, leaving the BPS_Config database that was created during the WEBCON installation.
I changed the entry in BPS_Config.dbo.ContentDatabases by adding the name of the transferred database.
I restarted the licenses.
In the Farm Services Configuration, I have the transferred BPS_Content database associated.
I restart the application pools and start the services and there is a problem because the portal is not displayed, I get HTTP Error 502.5 - ANCM Out-Of-Process Startup Failure.
I don't know what's going on anymore. The application pool was newly created during WEBCON installation, it is under the same user as the one from the original server.
Do you have any advice on what else to check?
