Hi
I want to set a timeout based on the date attribute and in doing so no matter how I set the delay in the timeout settings the action misinterprets the date. Has anyone encountered something like this?

Hi,
What version of Webcon are you using?
Is the field of type date&time?
Thanks,

Hello,
I did a quick test, i had a date/time field and with time checked so i can start my timeout after 1 minute and it did not work as long as the date/time field was set in the same step where the timeout is located.
If i used just a simple path that leads to the same step, then it worked.
Best practice is to set the date/time field before you enter a step that has a timeout using that field.
Have a good day!

Hello,
If your counter for your timeout is set to minutes or hours then you need to check "Enable time selection" (advance configuration) from your date/time field.
Otherwise the time is set to T00:00:00, maybe this is the problem
Hope this helps

My timeout is set to inform six months before the end date of the contract. The configurable email comes every day at the right time but the end date in the forms the timeout reminds me of is always incorrect e.g. 12.12.2030.

Hello,
I dont usually use that default delay because it is not that precise.
I use execution condition with a case in sql that does the validation.
