Hi guys, got element with over 17k versions in history - it has been updated every 30 mins with a cyclical action. I would like to remove it completely, but am not able to. Got timeout using [Delete] button on element, as in the attachment. Also tried the archive action in button (removing completely from the database) with no luck as well. Do not want to remove it manually from DB. Any ideas how to do that?

Hi Patryk,

maybe you can remove it with the archive action and retention mode "Remove from content database".

You could use it in an own cyclical action or create a separate workflow.

I would recommend the second approach, as it comes in handy.
Here's an idea on how to create such a workflow, so that the parent and all child workflows will be deleted.

I used this one just today to delete about 20 workflows with 4 levels of child workflows. :)
