Hi,

I have a strange situation. One of our users, who is a business administrator on a workflow, is suddenly getting an error when attempting to view workflow elements. The error displayed is "Execution timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding."
This is only happening to this specific user.
Where should I even go to look for any detailed troubleshooting?
