Problem with action "Edit file" for Word attachment action IN BETA

This is a known issue in this version, and we have already fixed it. The fix will be available in the next released version.

Hi Grzegorz,
I wrongly assumed that you had the latest version of our program. In that case, you can try to do one of following:

1) Check the configuration in "WEBCON BPS Designer Studio / System settings / Global parameters / SharePoint configuration", if those settings are correct, then:
2) Check if "SharePoint pool account" has access to the config database
3) Verify that the "Portal pool account" has access to the SP list (It it has "full control" on the list or if the list inherits privileges from the site, then it has access to the site.)
4) Check if you have correctly filled out "Properties" on the web application
5) Check if the global parameter on the config database "PortalAppPoolIdentity" is correct

Hopefully one of these solutions will fix the problem
