Returning the form

Is there any way to offer an option to an user to return its form after he/she sent it to another user?

Let's say that we have a following situation:
1) User A opens a new form and fill it up.
2) After filling it up the user sends this form to his manager for approval.
3) After 5 minutes the user realized that he missed one issue. He wants to return this form back to his step.

Is there any way to allow the user to return his form by himself instead of asking an administator or the assigned person to do that?
