Substitutions for one day longer than expected?
0

Hi everyone,
There is something that has been a thorn in my Webcon enviroment for some time. I thought that new version will solve this but unfortunatelly didn't.
The problem is that in my leave of absence workflow I have an action that sets up substitution for the time a person is out of office. When I run a test (see left side of the enclosed screen) the SQL query shows correct dates of substitution (the same as te person's absence). When the acton runs the substitution is set to last for one day longer than expected. Why is this like that? Where am I doing something wrong?

Seems to be set right. Both SQL Server and Webcon Services are run on the same virtual machine.

SQL Server: (UTC+01:00) Sarajewo, Skopie, Warszawa, Zagrzeb
Windows Server: (UTC+01:00) Sarajewo, Skopie, Warszawa, Zagrzeb

Hi,
did you check what you have in the table [Substitutions] after creating the substitution (columns: SUB_SubstitutionStart, SUB_Substitutionend).

And maybe it's stupid but you can try adding the substitution to the hour, e.g. 22:59:59 and see how it is created then.

Did you know that with WEBCON you can automate virtually any process? Even baking cookies 🍪
