Hello, I would like to create a new data source in the MSSQL Database category that would retrieve information from a list of values ​​​​from the form and other attributes on the same form, but I don't know what such a correct query should look like.
Currently, my query is only able to retrieve information from the attributes themselves, but not from the list of values.
