that's perfect, but afterwards still only get instance number as plain text even though it's preceded by a(anchor) element ?

for me it displays as a correct link (screenshot).
Remember to provide the portal url at the beginning of the address (for me it is a global constant)

i'm using global constant and {egv:3} is shown instead of url, could it be up to instance visibility some option section ?

are you inserting this url into the HTML tab?
weird error...
try changing to uppercase letters egv -> EGV
(you have to check "Switch all editors into advanced edit mode")
it may sound stupid but I changed it to lowercase for testing and it also displays incorrectly in the email ;)
