2025 R2 (2025.2.1.42) - Export/Import problem for application startpage

Since the latest version, exporting/importing of application start pages is not working correctly.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Change the start page in the existing application (dev) (e.g., move a widget)
2) Reload the application in the designer
3) Export (e.g., from dev)
4) Import (e.g., to prod)

=> Change is not visible in prod.
In my case, it was a resizing an existing widget and moving it down.
