Hello,
I have a problem logging in to the iPad application.
The application hangs after entering the login and password and clicking Continue logging in - external authentication.
Ipad with latest firmware, factory reset, latest Webcon 2021 application.
No problem on android.
Without application works fine in Safari.

I got the same issue with iPhone in my company. I reached out to Webcon support and they did not find any issue with the external login in iOS devices.
In my case, the issue was not happening to all users and not all the times.
They asked me to check the Check if there are any security issues on the external party and if the devices are personal or from the company.

Now:
After updating the application - I can log in.
Logout - does not work - remembers the last user.
Resetting the iPAd helps - but it's not the solution.

Next update and nothing change.
Logout problems - does not work - the application remembers the last user despite entering new permissions.
First login as User1 and logout
Second login as User2 - application logs in as User1.
Both Users from AD.
Resetting the iPad helps - but it's not the solution.
Android application is ok.
