How can I display numbers in Word printouts with thousand separators in WEBCON BPS?

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to display numeric values in WEBCON BPS Word printouts with thousand separators (for example, 1.000,00€ instead of 1000,00€).

Interestingly, in Item Lists (tables) the formatting is shown correctly with thousand separators.
However, in regular form fields (for example, floating-point numbers), the values are displayed without the separator.

Is there a way to configure this for standard form fields as well?

Any advice or best practices on how to achieve consistent number formatting across forms would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Regular fields like floating-point numbers has individual configuration. In this section you can change Prefix/Sufix for field result and you can decide about format.
By default, new fields are setting on Auto mode but you can change configuration like X XXX.XX or X,XXX.XX

Can it be displayed like x.xxx,xx?
I need the dot as the thousands separator.

Imo, WEBCON doesn't have that type of convert build-in.
You can add SQL ROW and use regular field to show value, then you can try use SQL functions to convert data but it will be more time-consuming.
