Issue: Activities still running, Activity MailBoxes is still running for database Ids: 8

Hello everyone,

Has anyone encountered an issue with processing the HotMailBox? I have a mailbox that occasionally gets stuck, and the only way to resolve it seems to be restarting the Webcon Workflow Service.

It appears that Webcon attempts to import an email but gets stuck in the process and never completes it.

Any tips or suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Hi Martin,
can you share some details about Hotmailbox configuration you use?

I would verify the Limits values in Advanced settings tab for this Hotmailbox.
Additionally, I'm guessing that you move to other folder e-mails that are proceeded (Archive directory), right?
