Dear all,
WEBCON BPS allows to configure notification emails that contain links which act as action buttons within the email client, primarily through its Outlook integration.
These buttons enable users to perform workflow actions (e.g., approve or reject a request)
The question is -is it possible approve directly from their inbox WITHOUT opening WEBCON Portal form?

After receiving an email notification, clicking buttons will allow users to send a response email to a technical inbox. Then Workflow Service will automatically proceed that email to accept or reject a request.
There is also an option to use Outlook add-in, which allows to start/complete tasks without opening a browser, but this will not automatically finish the task. It just allows to embed Portal inside Outlook.

Hi everyone,
One thing worth mentioning in addition to Konrads answer - to use MailApproval functionality - there have (for sure had in 2024) to be a user in Webcon connected to e-mail address of the person who will accept/reject document.
It won't work for e-mails without corresponding Webcon account.
