Changing "Go to element" and "Go to application" button labels in the email template
0

Hello everyone,
I have a question: is there a smarter way to override the display names of the "Go to element" and "Go to application" buttons in an email template, other than removing the native variable blocks and building the links from scratch with custom display names?

Hello,

also this solution builds the link from scratch, you only need to set it up once.
After that, we simply copy this solution for each email.

Give it a try, and have a look at my Knowledge Base article:
https://community.webcon.com/posts/post/email-templates-editability-of-go-to-element-and-go-to-application/474/18

A quick note: The solution with the image for the link as a “Global BusinessRule” only works properly for internal emails. If there are external recipients, it is better to link to an image that is located on a public server.

I hope it fits your needs.

Best regards,
Bjoern
