Hi,
I've also noticed that BPS data sources that reference item lists are also returning deleted records. Are you experiencing this issue as well?
I have version 2026.1.4.131 installed.

Hi,
I was not able to reproduce this behavior either on the newest version or on the version you mentioned (2026.1.4.131).
The expected system behavior is that deleted item list rows are not preserved in the database — they are removed from the WFElementDetails table.
If you are still experiencing this issue in your environment, please contact WEBCON Support, as it may require a deeper investigation specific to your installation.
