Did anyone test OAuth 2.0 authentication with OneDrive upload actions? It seems that it's not using proper way of saving files. So I can read lists just fine but when using this action I'm getting 401 unauthorised.

Error could be related with Your access token. Did You try to create a new one?

Hello, I have exactly the same symptom — a 401 error. The connection and configuration seem to be correct, because other actions were successfully switched to OAuth2 connection, but file upload is not working. For now, this looks like a software bug.
