Concierge cannot select Choice field values which are not included in the initially loaded values

When working with a Choice field containing many values, Concierge seems to have access only to a limited number of initially loaded entries.

Example: The Choice field “Kundennummer” contains customer 10200. Entering 10200 manually into the field immediately finds the correct value using the standard Choice field search.

However, Concierge reports:

“10200 was not found in the available options.”

Even after explicitly telling Concierge that the value exists and asking it to enter 10200 into the field, it refuses because the value is not contained in the list of values available to the agent.

Concierge should use the Choice field search mechanism/data source when a requested value is not contained in the initially loaded values instead of treating the initial subset as the complete list.
