[external] Author vs dedicated field

In my opinion the answer to the question, whether you should use the standard Author value in a worklow is a no. You should always create a dedicated field which can also be a global field. The reasons for this are;

• Information is out of context
• Will someone create the workflow for someone else
• Business logic
