Working with large numbers of workflow instances often means tedious manual steps in WEBCON BPS. A macro-enabled Excel workbook addresses this by connecting to WEBCON through the User Defined API. From a single configuration sheet, users can:

• Fetch existing workflow instances into Excel rows
• Create new instances from Excel data
• Update instances in bulk

No changes to the VBA code are needed. Authentication relies on the user's own WEBCON session, so personal permissions apply throughout.
