Hello, we have problem with BPS 2021 Android mobile app. After logging out and trying to log in another user, application automatically logs in previous user. How to force each user to enter username and password for each login attempt? Best regards, Wojtek

One user has some tasks in one of the processes, some are a bit overdue, but that's planned (they keep some tasks active until they will be able to complete them). After setting up a substitution I found out that new tasks are assigned the way I expect - assignment for the user and his substitute. Hello, I am using an itemlist to show some data to the user. In some cases, the list contains over 50 elements. Because it also has a lot of columns, it is very hard to follow sometimes. We have a server with Webcon BPS installed in an Azure VM (Region North Europe), which has (according to Powershell) the right timezone for us (see attached picture). Maybe this is simple and I'm just overthinking it. I'm creating new proposals, each new proposal has an automatically generated # associated with it (PFY2021-xxxx). I have the form rule built to create the string, but I need the number portion to append. The xxxx number needs to increment for each new record entered. Hi everyone, I learned today that you can close threads, which prevents adding additional answers. This is fine but I believe that we that an additional hint in the thread title would help, too. There are two reasons: 1) it's easier to notice 2) It's a better user experience. If you hide an option the user will wonder why something isn't available also it should be. Hi, a user just tried to search for a word through all documents in a report via the report's search panel, using the "Search in Attachments" option. As the hitlist was way too small I got called. I found out that the result only includes instances that have the searched term somewhere in the metadata. If i do a global search I get hundreds of hits - so the documents are properly indexed, and can be found when searched. The report is SQL based. Portal Version is 2020.1.3.411, but I couldn't (...)
Hi all, I have a process for the RH where for the different subsidiaries there are different documents and salary benefits for the new admission. The point is when the subsidiary is selected, the form should be updated with the list of documents needed and send them in a notification for the new candidate. We are about migrating content to WEBCON BPS. I would like to have at least the last modifying users migrated as well. How could i achieve this? Was thinking about setting a technical field to the last modifying user and then doing an SQL Update on the element after migration. Sure this is not the way that is officially supported. But is there another way?
Hello everyone! I have two questions. 1. Did anyone use the absence process template as the time schedule for the employees? My client has many different shifts for employees and I was thinking of presenting the data with the mentioned process. Any ideas would be appreciated. 2. Hi all! I am new to WebCon BPS. I wonder if it is possible to get all items of a process or a datasource/dictionary defined in BPS from client side via REST API. In SharePoint I did something like this: _api/web/lists/getbytitle('MyList')/items?select=Title... Hey all, again I need your help. Do you know any possibilities to create a new user when you register with the new openID feature? For example, a new user register over openID. After redirect the user has no access to the application, because he only exists in, for example, azure ad but not as a bps user on the plattform. I hope my question is clear enough =) Greets Georg
