Hi everyone, In version 2021 of BPS Designer does not allow to run designer on the server on two different users (on two different connections to server). I get a resource usage error (in picture). Do you have an idea how to deal with it? Alternatively: I tried to start BPS Designer locally but I get a message saying no connection with the license. Hi, After upgrading from 2021.1.3.205 to ver. 2021.1.4.84, I can see a very big performance drop for reports that have more than 250k items. Very often they don't even load at all. All indexes and sql statistics are rebuilt. After verification, I found the reason, it is the column 'assigned to'. After removing this column from the report, all large reports are loaded almost immediately (even those with many calculated columns). Hello everyone! I have a trouble during deleting instances - i always get timeout after 30 seconds. Is there any way to make the system button faster or to increase timeout time? I didnt find anything in webcon configurations unfortunately. I dont think it is a version problem since deleting on test environment works just fine. In the browser, the portal WEBCON shows the following error: Cannot execute as the server principal because the principal "BPS_readonly" does not exist, this type of principal cannot be impersonated, or you do not have permission. the BPS_readonly account exists in DB\Security\Logins and has access to the Content database. How to fix it?

Hi everyone! I've recently heard that we are soon to have electronic invoices in XML format (in Poland) instead of PDFs. This should shorten invoice processing in Webcon as we could read fields straight into the form with no errors and no OCR verification step. This sounds very good, but will Webcon be ready for this? Will there be actions allowing to read data from xml structure and map them to the form? Or maybe there is something working already? Michal

Hi Everyone, I want to change some field values on a sub-workflow but from a main workflow level. Example: I have a main workflow with 3 sub-workflows. When some user choose a path on the main workflow I want to modify some fields in the sub-workflows. Is there any action to achieve it?
Hello folks, I have to create a Word file with data from several workflows and therefore created business rules with SQL Commands in them to help me with that. The problem is, those business rules are nowhere to be found in the Business Rules section of the Word Add-in. Several other rules are shown, but those with SQL Commands in them are just not there. Is this a known behaviour, or a bug, or is there a workaround? Thanks in advance.

I have a report that displays data from several processes. If I want to filter by a column which is a global or computed field, for example, the data is prompted only for those that have been loaded. if the data in the filter has been read to the value, e.g. 'o' trying to narrow down to a word that starts with the letter 'p' the search doesn't work. There is probably a bug in ver. 2021.1.3.205 on webconapps.com. If you click Generate preview in Designer studio and save the process, the preview is available (when clicking on the step names in the Information panel in front end). As soon as I make some changes, e.g. modify a field name or any other modification and save the process again, the preview is not available anymore. Hi all! Maybe this is a know issue, but we are wondering at the moment if it is possible to import an exported application package to a Webcon installation with a different version. We currently have an exported application package (.bpe) from version 2021.1.3.205. We are planning to use cloud services from Webcon which is supposed to be the latest version (which currently is 2021.1.4.55). I'm following the article https://community.webcon.com/posts/post/substitutions-in-webcon-bps-configuration/228 but there 's a part on image 6 that is not showing anywhere in my Webcon version. Hello, We encountered a situation where out of multiple users that have access to an instance, can see it and work in it without problem, but when only one of them searches for that specific instance in the search bar he does not get that instance back at all. Did anyone encountered something like this and do you know how to solve it, or what the possible problems are? Regards, George
