Hiding Paths based on previous step

Hey, I am creating a workflow where I would like to give option [Send Back for LEGAL Check] on different steps (Screen shot added ). However, I want to create a restriction so on the legal check step users can see only paths related to the step that it came from. Not all paths because that would be extremely confusing (screenshot of all paths added). So for clarification if the flow was send to "legal check" from step "Business Approval" I want user on the "legal check" step only to see path (...)

Choice field - value change

Hello, I have a question, how can I change a value of a choice field using a normal action, but only giving him the Name (not ID, not ID#Name)? The choice field is configured as ID and Name. Version: 2023.1.3.29 p.s. I know in the past this was not an issue, but on newer version this become a problem especially when only ID or ID#Name works. Regards

Global error in business rules

I have three environments: PROD, TEST and DEV. My current WebCon BPS version: 2023.1.3.169. Issues with deleting element with over 17k versions

Hi guys, got element with over 17k versions in history - it has been updated every 30 mins with a cyclical action. I would like to remove it completely, but am not able to. Got timeout using [Delete] button on element, as in the attachment. Also tried the archive action in button (removing completely from the database) with no luck as well. Do not want to remove it manually from DB. Any ideas how to do that? Version 2023.1.2.68

Invalid form field order

Hi, have you ever seen "Invalid form field order (name of field...)" error on main form, global form template? Once it happens, it happens any time I try to reorder fields on the form, and the field names are random. Also, with this error, the order of the fields becomes random, and impossible to manage. 2022.1.4.297 Any help? Best, Rafał

Hello everyone! Does anyone know if there is a way to start a workflow instance based on xml file stored in a folder on the disk? Unfortunately the HotFolder functionality allows starting workflows only for a few supported file types. Any chance to workaround this limitation? Thank you, Martin

Hey, We've ran into another issue. Cloning a row which has the Choose attribute and then adding a value to it will result in a checksum error. If you delete the first element, it won't result in an error. Screenshot below shows the issue. Versions: both 2023.1.3.118 and 2023.1.3.131

Notifications sent to outside company emails

Hello all, I'm having an issue with notifications for outside emails. I have a process where I need to send an email for the employee's personal one and the notification is never sent and looking into the history, it mentions that the email was not found in the database. If I write an outside email in the configuration, the notification is sent, but it it's dynamic, it doesn't work. I've tried with a text field, email field, nothing changes. Does anyone got a similar issue? Thank you

Item list's column gets disabled to be edit

Hello all, I have an item list with a editable column. This works if the item list does not have a lot of lines but if the item list has a long list of lines, this column becomes read-only and the user is only able to edit using the a pencil button that is displayed in each row. Is this a normal behavior? Thank you

Attachment Meta-Information are not displayed

Hello everyone, I have an issue where the meta-information (creator and date) of attachments are no longer being displayed. In the HTML, they are present but the CSS class is set to "display:none" (see image attached). Where can I change this setting or how can I display the meta-information again?
