Hello everyone, Where can I adjust in the Designer Studio so that a complaint is initially only opened in reading mode? Currently, the complaints called up are always opened immediately in processing mode. I would like to set it so that editing has to be started manually. Hi, Is there any way to hook into an api that is hosted on a localhost? I have a locally fired server, I use FastAPI (the tool is built in python). In browsers the API works. However, when I try to run a query on a form I get this message. I have already tried restarting DNS, disabling the firewall. The server is on startup and the server is listening on port 8000. I am new to webcon and just learning. Thank you in advance for your help.
Hi! So I have this Item List in "Orders app". Lets say it has 10 columns. 6 Of those columns can be editable depending on subprocesses or other proceses. So there is a query, that if returns 1 it means that column can be edited by a user, if 0 then the column in this row is blocked. For that I am using "Column edit restrictions" from the "Permissions" tab in the studio. And it works great. For few rows. If there are more rows it works really slow. I made some analitics. Hello, I have a form field - multiple lines of text (rich). When i send an e-mail, i set my form field - last entry text. If i write a text and add a new line, it multiples the number of lines in e-mail...as you can see in the attached screenshots. Do you know why is it happening? And what is there to do? Thank you.
Hello, I know if we have a field type Integer you can set its appearance like a) 123456,00 or b) 123 456,00 or c) 123,456.00 I'm wondering if we can change, by any chance, the way an INT looks like inside a data table field as well. Because at the moment, into the data table is looking like d) 123.456,00 .. and I don't have the option to choose this format for other fields as well. Thank you!
Hello All, as of 01.03.2024, Webcon BPS service has stopped downloading current exchange rates from the NBP. Nothing has changed in the configuration (Webcon 2021.1.5). And the server has a connection to the NBP API service. I cannot find any errors in the service logs Do you have the same problem? Is there somewhere a cut-off date until when the rate should be downloaded? Thank you in advance for your help

I have got 3 different flows but on each flow I have got the same data in one variable (key). in flow 1 is Signature in flow 2 is WFD_AttChoose5 {72} in flow 3 is WFD_AttChoose6 {692} how to do SQL request or more interesting is how to do report where I can: filter Signature = WFD_AttChoose5 {72} = WFD_AttChoose6 {692} In Webcon reports I don't see process fields if I add 2 or more processes to report :/ so I can't do filter on request :/ so maybe in Source create Source by SQL (...)
Hi all! An element in a process disappeared (there is a gap in signature numbering), so I guess it must have been deleted in admin mode. Is there a way to trace any history of such an event (what was it, who deleted it)?
I encountered a problem with removing the connection to the data source. The studio reports that the connection is in use. The usage sheet reports that the connection is not in use. I found where it is used... I searched in studio and indeed the 'Workflow' connection was used in sql command.
Hello, I would like to import some templates in my environment but i have version 2023_1_2 and i get this error: Incorrect branch number of application's database. Application has been exported in version 2023_1_3, currently installed version 2023_1_2. You can not import applications from older versions. Is there something i can do? Hello, I would like to create a Word document using a normal template, but in landscape. In my case I need to add an item list to my template, but it is too long so I thought that changing the layout to landscape would be a simple operation. Sadly when the action creates the file, it is in portrait mode. Does anyone know how is it possible to create a Word file in landscape ? Thank you!

Hi we would like to introduce archiving in our firm. We have read the article about the whole process and we are able to add to archive the elements and we also created the reports. However, we are wondering how is possible to get the access to the REST API data or if we have integrations with the archived elements. Cos we have tested it via the postman but we were not able to retrive the data. Are there any other way?
Hello everyone, Many years ago I was using PercussionPowerFlow for Lotus Notes. There were nice features in the workflow to "jump out/jump back" from/to current state to ah hoc state. This was very useful for prematurely terminating or suspending workflows. As far as I've dug into the Werbcon, I haven't found anything like that. Everything has to be done strictly according to the workflow definition. So if I have one start, 3 ends and 10 statuses in the middle, do I need to add a (...)
I've noticed after installing 2023.1.3.29 that vacation charts stopped working and investigated what is the problem. After some tests it seems that the values of used and avalilable days that were previously automatically calculated based on the items already in the workflow are the problem and probably an error occurs when the engine tries to calculate them. When I turn off the visibility of both fields and leave only the "from previous year" and "from current year" ones visible, tha chart work (...)
