Dear Community, I’d like to propose an idea: adding the ability to create folders (not categories currently available) in the attachments area. This would allow users to better organize multiple attachments in a way that suits their needs. Your comments are more than welcome.
Dear Community, I’ve recently noticed some issues when using WEBCON BPS Designer Studio on a 4K resolution display with scaling enabled (at 125% or 150%). While the text in the application appears to scale correctly, many of the graphical elements are either very small (not scaled) or blurry (improperly scaled). I’m attaching a screenshot to show how it looks on a Retina display (not even a 4K res). Is there any possibility of improving support for such scenarios?
Dear Community, I would like to propose a change in WEBCON BPS to improve the ease of copying field values to the clipboard. This could be introduced as an optional setting within the field options in BPS Designer Studio. I particularly like how this feature is implemented in the Azure portal: a "Copy" icon remains hidden until you hover over the field, at which point it appears, allowing for quick copying to the clipboard. Hi, in my opinion it would be a really helpful, when the 'user privileges' tab on the process is displayed in red if any form type privileges are defined. I would use the color red as it's used in other cases, where the inheritance is broken like with forms.. Even so this is not strictly inheritance with the user privileges it will help to realize that there may be different settings. Hi everyone, This might be a big one, but on one of latest webinars I've heard that there is open 'Designer Studio' project at Webcon, so I'll give it a shot - if not now, then I'm not sure if there will be a better time ;) I think most of us have used SQL Server Management Studio or Azure Data Studio to test some queries, and maybe a VSCode / Notepad++ for some powershell - all of those support autocompletion (which in most cases of recent software is supported by language server protocol). Hi, it would really be great to add a custom title or even a description to a new diagnostic session or in the overview. This would make it easier to identify the session. It would nice if the user could provide the details but it shouldn't be in the "end and save session" dialog. It happened to me a few times, that the a JS error occurred and the dialog wasn't displayed. Best regards, Daniel
Hi all. When searching/changing permissions in Webcon, there are tabs to choose from. If there are more than can fit in the window width, scrolling through them is dramatically slow. I would suggest changing this to a drop-down list. With a search option it would be great. Currently, if a company has several content databases, for example 5, and users need to be synchronized across each database, the data is stored in 5 tables * 5 databases, resulting in the same data being present in 25 tables. Is it possible that the window in Designer Studio for adding/edit user group has a flexible [Users] field and a locked [Group owners] field size. The opposite of now. There are usually more users than owners ;) Additionally it would be good if the users were also sorted alphabetically. Regards,

Version 2023.1.3.29 A few weeks ago, I encountered a problem with a GLOBAL ACTION (on start cyclic) in an older process. It stopped working (unfortunately, I do not have a screenshot of the error message). Restarting did not resolve the issue. I noticed that the execution count had reached 65,536. Even after stopping and restarting (which reset the count to 0), it still didn't work. I had to create a new GLOBAL ACTION, deactivate the old one, and then everything worked fine again. Sinc (...)
Hi, could we please get an option to define whether we want to set a choose field or only the id of the choose field? See the attachment as one example. I have an item list with a drop down and a fixed sql statement with multilingual values. Assigning the id to the column in a for each loop does not resolve the display name and the "id" value is treated as the display name. The "solution" aka workaround is to set the id and display name. Generating a Word document, converting to a Pdf and deleting the Word afterwards, so the result is a Pdf only, are often used document generation steps. Unfortunately, it is not possible to overwrite an existing Pdf when converting a Word document to Pdf. So we usually have to delete the original, but I would prefer having an updated than a new Pdf. I would wish there was an option like the Mode in the "Generate/Update a Word file" to select whether to update an existing file or to create (...)

By this I mean the ability to enable such an option in the global configuration and, for example, add an email notification action about automation errors in the context of the whole system. Hi, Currently we have 'Error occured' in the header of the validation message. This often results in unnecessary logging of error reports from users who do not read the content, but only suggest that there is an error. Perhaps it would be a good idea to change the content of the header to something else that does not suggest an error, or allow it to be defined per action or globally? Regards.
