Dear WebCon Team, the Concat function is a great advantage for text handling. Unfortunately, it is very hard or let's more say inconvenient, if you forgot a text part. In my understanding it is not possible to replace concat parts or even add text parts before or change there position. e.g. concat[Happy][Weekend!] so I would like to say "Happy easter Weekend!" for this I have to delete Weekend! and type easter and then type again Weekend! Hi, so HTML attributes are great, but only untill you try to do something with them - like hide for example... or export - import Seems like you keep them all in a single SQL field:-( So, some JS manipulation is needed, rule editor is useless. Can you make normal HTML attributes - every attribute in separate SQL field?
During a presentation there was a comment that the indicator (traffic light) icons are not easily distinguishable for colour blind people. It would be an improvement if the icons would have a different shape in addition to the colour. One idea would be a red square, orange triangle and green circle. In addition there was the question if it would be possible to provide a tooltip what each icon indicates. I've currently added an explanation above a data table but this won't help in a report. Why in 2025 version add (new step) button is missing from General tab and user can only add steps in Workflow designer? Is there any chance that you'll restore it in next version?
Hi, I don't know if this is possible in the BPS 2025 version, but for earlier versions I miss the ability to center the text (and make it bold) on request for each column of the item list or SQL GRID data table. I don't think it's possible to set the background color for the column label. Regards, D.
Hi, I think it would make sense to add to the global permissions the level “access to applications” Currently, if we give a global level of, for example, “permission to read all items” it can be problematic to give permissions to the application per each application. This needs to be maintained and remembered. If there is a global level per item, it should also be global for the application. Regards.
Hi, the "new" confirm/alert functions are really great and please don't remove the option to pass HTML as a parameter. :) Yet there's always room for improvement. Could we get additional/optional parameter for the title, yes and no button? Depending on the context the labels "Confirmation", "Yes" and "No" may not be the best. Hi, if you have a large form with numerous tabs because of to many fields the tab names may become unreadable in BPS 2025 on a desktop pc with 1980x resolution. This could be a little bit improved, if we could render the tabs not only horizontally but also vertically. The question would be whether to display the content of the tab between the current and the next tab or at the end of the tabs. Hi, in WEBCON BPS 2025 R1 opening the popup search no longer focuses on the search input, instead the close button get's the focus. Entering the popup search and hitting the enter key will close the popup search instead of showing all elements. Best regards, Daniel
Hi, A useful option would be the ability to automatically revoke the reading entitlement that remains after a task is assigned. Such an option could be checked on the task assignment action and in the task configuration on the path. Operation similar to the option on the add permission action where the permission expires after the path. Regards.

Since we perform archiving cyclically to keep the memory requirements on our SQL server low, the required process insights are not displayed in the Analytics Framework. New versions should be available for download an install separately of the existent installed Designer versions, or there should be an option to update or downgrade the existent versions. It is annoying when i can not use older versions after upgrading to new version of Designer Studio.
Hi, if we are saving a workflow instance the form validation is ignored. This includes regular expression. In my opinion the regular expression should be checked and if they are not successful, saving should be prevented. Otherwise we will be able to save invalid data, which in turn can lead to issues, if the data is used in other workflows. Hello, I need to look through xx documents one by one. I think that a very interesting solution would be a report that would allow you to jump element by element. For example, I have 100 documents to review and I don't have to go to each one individually, but move through the pages of a book in the report. Same think as is done on history element its possible jumping one by one change. Or Mebay its already implementent and i Dont know were it is ?:)

Currently 2024.1.1.88 we need to make sure that all fields we are settings with action have at least to be marked as "read-only (cannot be modified except by JavaScript)".
