A good and useful option for system users would be the ability to create filters on a column using a narrowing phrase. For example, by entering the phrase "BX2TD6" in the column filter with the function "contains phrase," users could create such a private view without having to mark each result. Each time this view is opened, it would present the results for that phrase. Currently, results need to be marked manually, or such a report with an SQL filter has to be created administratively.
Probably in 2023 is not present "used" in path "properties" ... I'm using 2022.1.4.404 and if i want to see where the path is used ... I need to "delete path" because: - in path - I don't have attribute property "used" - on automation is not showing where on path is used ... - if is deleted it show connection but there is no "link by click" to jump to Automation / form automation to path see attachments ...
Hello, for AND's and OR's inside business rules we have ability to change layout from horizontal to vertical, which helps to keep it nice and tidy. Few times i've used concat, which got really long - see attachment. Maybe we could get vertical layout for concat? :)
Hi, at the moment we have to decide whether we want to send a standard or custom notification (mail). While some users receive only a few mails this way, other receive to many and want to receive only a summary on a scheduled interval. While we can and have implement a configuration for an application on process level this is still limited and makes the automations less readable while the option to send a mail with a task can not bused at all. Hello, In many places we are able to create Process Business Rule from rule typed in a field (visibility, required, and many others). Similarly with form rules. I have a case, where i need to use same mail that is already being used, but to different people. (exactly 12 contents). Right now it requires manual creation of templates by copy-pasting them from action into e-mail template. Could we have 'Create e-mail template' from configurable e-mail action?
I don't know how you, but I miss Groups in Tabs .. I can do Group and then put Tabs ... I can do Tabs and put Group in each Tab .. but ... Administrators can configure the allowed types of attachments globally. However, there are situations, where we like to only allow certain content types, e.g. pdf's, that are a subset of the globally allowed attachments. Currently, the only way to restrict is the usage of validation rules. For usability reasons, it would be much better, to be able to restrict the allowed document types. For a customer we need ISO week numbers integrated into the date picker feature. Sales managers schedule promotions with forecasts, which they need to transfer to demand planners. This process relies heavily on identifying the correct week number. Version 2023.1.3.29 A few weeks ago, I encountered a problem with a GLOBAL ACTION (on start cyclic) in an older process. It stopped working (unfortunately, I do not have a screenshot of the error message). Restarting did not resolve the issue. I noticed that the execution count had reached 65,536. Hi, could we please get an option to define whether we want to set a choose field or only the id of the choose field? See the attachment as one example. I have an item list with a drop down and a fixed sql statement with multilingual values. Hi, it would really be great, to always see the menu bar, so that you don't have to scroll all the way up to save a dashboard. Ok, maybe it's just us who have long dashboards, as we added some CSS/JS so that report tiles float left. This way, we can have more tiles in one row while they take up less space. Generating a Word document, converting to a Pdf and deleting the Word afterwards, so the result is a Pdf only, are often used document generation steps. Unfortunately, it is not possible to overwrite an existing Pdf when converting a Word document to Pdf. So we usually have to delete the original, but I would prefer having an updated than a new Pdf. I would wish there was an option like the Mode in the "Generate/Update a Word file" to select whether to update an existing file or to create (...)
