Hi community!
We have a customer who wants to deny access to the landing page in Webcon (/). Users should be redirected to their application (there is only one), also navigation tree on the left should be hidden.
Is that even possible or maybe planned for a future release?

Hi Nik,
if you are talking about WEBCONAPPS, I don't see a change.
Otherwise I would resort to other "Infrastructure" means redirecting the incoming URL to a different one. Maybe there's an existing proxy you can utilize or you could use URL rewriting:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-Us/aspnet/core/fundamentals/url-rewriting?view=aspnetcore-7.0
I'm not sure, whether you can add a rule out of the box to the appsettings.
Btw. you should look sometimes at your LinkedIn messages. ;)

I know the concept of Url Rewrite module. We use that in environments we have under our own control :-)
Unfortunately this is SaaS (again), so I think I will create a new Webcon support ticket.

We have the plan to create something that we have a working name: "Standalone application" - but this is an initial vision, so I can not provide a timeline for that.
For now - we will discuss your scenario on our support portal (with your ticket) - there is hope ;)
