sending outgoing email configuration issue (Demo Version)

You are trying to use office 365 SMTP server with basic authentication. That type of authentication has been disabled by Microsoft on o365 tenants. Try to use GRAPH to send an email by o365.

You can use any other SMTP server instead of Office 365 SMTP.

I tried with the Microsoft Graph setting as you suggested but still same error.

Could you check an "Event Viewer -> Application and Services Logs -> WebCon Workflow" if any additional info exists?

As you advised, I test with the Graph option and discover the event viewer attached.

Have you configured an authentication provider eg. Active Direcrory or Azure Active Directory or any other? Or you try to configure email notifications using a internal BPSAdmin user?

You can see in the attachments that I have set up both bpsAdmin and AzureADD.
Note: I Upgraded the 2023 version from 2023.1.1.41 to 2023.1.1.89.
