Has anyone encountered this error?
I installed the Word package, and when I try to edit a Word template, I receive the error "Cannot download the information you requested."
Do you have any idea where I can find more information about this error?

I was logged into a different Microsoft account, and I didn't realize it.

Sorry, I reply incorrectly. Regarding this message that it cannot download the information.
Check on another computer, not yours, whether the download will work.
If it works, you have an error in the Office configuration
