If I understand you correctly, you want to have a custom export from a dictionary.
If this is the case then I have to say, as far as I know, there is no build in option to create a custom excel export from a dictionary.
But you can obvious do some workarounds.
I dont know exactly how and when you want to use this export, but one option is to use a data table field.
You can check the export button and also make ur own custom select form the dictionary, this way you can make it more custom then just excluding columns.
If you have multiple cases where you need custom exports, you can even make a dedicated workflow.
