The system administrator cannot save or change the application or process configuration while the license service has been activated

The admin account is intended solely for initial platform configuration, not application/process configuration. You should configure the authentication provider that you will use in your further work and grant administrative permission to the user from this provider (Active Directory, Entra ID or any OpenID provider).

Thank you very much for your help! Successfully enabled the option to enable Active Directory integration, then log out of Designer Studio and log in again as a local domain user.
