Starting a Process with a Hotfolder don't work

Have you tried using the login name instead of the display name of this user?

Did you restart the application server? If not do it because sometimes Webcon Workflow Services does not want to start the process despite reloading the configuration.
Second you may want to use a user login and not a name

I have tried the login name in this form: name@domain.local (equal to the active directory domain name), but it doesn't work.
I have started the service manually for several times but :-(
The field in the process, referrring to start the process resp. to create a task to user is a dynamic field. Could the type of task assignment be a source of error?

Do you have any errors in the service log?

if you have any validations or you have attributes required, you can disable validation on the path you start the process
