Hello!
I installed the WEBCON Word Classic add-in on my test-pc/test-account, running Microsoft Office 365. All is working as expected. If I click on User-Settings in the WEBCON-Tab, I can enter the portal URL and it connects perfect.
However, with my production pc/account I can install the add-in also, it also shows up in the Word Ribbon-band, but none of the buttons are working (they are "active", but a click on it does nothing). Only the License Button is working.
I did already some cleanups for Word, but none of them takes effect...
I made also an complete uninstall/install of Microsoft Office 365... no changes
Any ideas what could causing this issue?
