You could just have a hyperlink action on the path which redirects to the portal base url for example. You even could go as far as only triggering it when the user triggering the path transition is a member of a specific group.

Hi Klaus The simplest way would be to create view in the bps database that joins the data from both sources. If the second database is not on the same server you have to create a linked server connection in to make it accessible
