WEBCON BPS is a platform, not a ready-to-use application, so by default, the platform does not know what type of data is stored in it, and it is not possible to do such an audit for a platform. You need to build the application according to the given rules and audit this type of application - and

Do you have any pre-authentication method configured or pass through authentication?

Do you have more than one FrontEnd Server and a load balancer in your environment? (some load balancers do not support Windows NT authentication correctly).

Hi Damian Due to the authentication method used by WEBCON BPS (we do not use server sessions) it is not possible to achieve your scenario with Windows Integrated Authentication. If you want to have a "kiosk scenario", when many different users work on the same computer, on the same Windows Profile

18.01.2024 19:01

Hi Jacek The last two "big" versions of WEBCON BPS: 2022 and 2023 are developed in parallel, so if you want to upgrade from 2022 to 2023 you should check the version publishing date. version 2022.1.4.377 publishing date is: 17.01.2024 version 2023.1.1.89 publishing date is: 05.07.2023 That's w

Hi Peter We've made an internal POC using: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/webhooks-with-resource-data An article (for geeks) describing the solution will be published in a few days. In finite time it will be an add-on to the WEBCON BPS platform.

Have you configured an authentication provider eg. Active Direcrory or Azure Active Directory or any other? Or you try to configure email notifications using a internal BPSAdmin user?

Could you check an "Event Viewer -> Application and Services Logs -> WebCon Workflow" if any additional info exists?

Hi You are trying to use office 365 SMTP server with basic authentication. That type of authentication has been disabled by Microsoft on o365 tenants. Try to use GRAPH to send an email by o365. https://community.webcon.com/posts/post/mail-configuration-through-graph/370 You can use any other SM

Sharepoint connection error

You mean the Sharepoint connection defined in WEBCON BPS (Data sources -> Connections)? It can not use the account with MFA enabled. You have to create a technical account with MFA disabled.

Calendar

Hi Mario It is possible to create an entry in Exchange Calendar with WEBCON BPS using "Exchange action", but WEBCON BPS always uses a default Exchange Calendar to create an entry.

Some antivirus engines no longer report the WEBCON BPS version 2023.1.1.56 as malware.

UWAGA WIRUS!!!

Hi Robert Thank you for the warning. Could you post more details about it? What antivir engine do you use? What was a download URL? WEBCON Community or download.webcon.com (Express version). We use BitDefender, Malwarebytes, and Symantec to check published files. That engines do not alert us

WEBCON BPS does not support Exchange online tasks management using MS Graph connection.

You can do this using WEBCON BPS installer -> Tools for Application Management -> Portal Address configuration -> Portal URL.

Hi Bo The actual version of WEBCON BPS is incompatible with GCC High Instances (different endpoint for AAD integration, for Graph, for Exchange online, etc..). That's why Michal Bednarz asks about the account. We are almost ready with GCC High ready version so if you are interested in participatin

It is a bug in version 2022 R4. It will be corrected in the next release.

The functionality: "send as" using MS Graph will be available in WEBCON BPS 2023.

It is a known bug. We are working on it.
