The only thing you have to configure is to choose Multitenenat option. There is nothing more to configure on the WEBCON BPS side. It is enough to authenticate users from other tenants. Of course, you have to add users fron othet tenant to the WEBCON BPS Users List, add them to right groups etc..
The Hotmailbox in WEBCON BPS uses Ecxhange EWS to read emails, so if any mail server has an Exchange compatibile EWS - it will work. Zimbra has an EWS so it should work (I do not know if EWS in Zimbra is free). But... It is NOT SUPPORTED solution - use it on your risk.

You do not need to upgrade your installation to 2022.1.1.41. You can skip that version and upgrade your installation direct to any next 2022.x.x.x version.
