By having a copy of a external file as attachment instead of only having a link to it, we can take advantage of the great preview functionality. How ever, having copies of a file increase the risk of having multiple versions and loosing track of the relevant document. In my case, we have customers who wants to link to files in SharePoint and other dms. So I'm wondering, how you guys solve this
Our scenario: We are sending a prefilled pdf document to an external user with the instruction to complete the form and return it together with a copy of the id/passport. Hello :) I have an issue with attachments. I added new .xlsx file into attachment form field - this was empty file with picture inside. Now when I am trying to open it in preview panel picture is cut like below. Does anybody have an idea what can be a reason? Thanks a lot for help
Hi, it would really be great to add support for the hyperlink action on the attachment menu. The only additional thing which would be required is the id of the current attachment. The hyperlink action supports executing JavaScript and one use case would be to trigger the print dialog without opening the preview. Hi, we can display the first attachment on page load. Unfortunately, this only works if the attachment is not displayed as a popup. Even if the documentation is updated to mention this different behavior. I find it counter intuitive that this should be a different Instead of changing the current way, I would prefer a form rule which can be used to display an attachment in the preview. T

Hi, while using the functionality of opening an attachment preview in a new tab, I noticed that when we start previewing two different PDF invoices in one tab, the system will always display the one that was opened last in the base tab in the newly opened tab. It would be good to allow opening many different files in a new tab, from different elements, so that it does not overwrite the newly opened PDF.
