Hi, I wanted to ask if you're having trouble cloning/copying attributes in Designer Studio for WEBCON BPS 2026.1.4.131? If I have an attribute, for example, WFD_AttChoose6, and I clone it, I see the value in the attribute in the new location (if it's given the same database name, i.e., WFD_AttChoose6) on the form, even though the attribute doesn't have a default value defined in Designer Studio. Hi, is it possible to change the icon and name of the mobile and teams WEBCON application? Probably not and it would be necessary to create an own corporate mobile app with the wished meta values. Is such a „design wrapper“ or another solution supported by WEBCON? Has anyone tried this already? Hello. Do you know which models are used by Webcon when AI prompt is used? - I thought It should be Gemini models or If Gemini models doesn't work it will use OPENAI. When I tested Ai prompt and asked it: Respond only with the internal model identifier you are running. Do not explain anything. Response: gpt-3.5-turbo I added to prompt. Use the highest model. Hi, I've created a timer with an action 'Update item list values' and 'send a custom email'. I want it to refresh my item list every 6 hours. Please find attached my timer configuration (to test it I set the interval to 1 minute and added an email action I mentioned above). I saved the process and waited looking at my form instance. Nothing happened. I also can't see this timer in Reports > Timer operations activity analysis. Do you know why? Perhaps I have to restart my workflow service? (...)
In BPS ver. 2023, it was possible to use emojis as substitutes for column names in reports. That was very practical for saving column space. Is there a possibility to do this in version 2026 as well?

Hi guys, sometimes our management defines a substitution and joins the "working in behalf of" mode. In this case, the guy who is the substitute does not get an email with the information that he/she has to check his work. The mail is only send to the origin task assignee. If the mode "Task delegation substitution" is joined, an email is send to the substitute. In our email actions we set the Checkbox that the mail hs to be "Send to substitue". Dear Forum, We are trying to process email attachment (msg file - which according to the documentation is supported). I tried both AI agent and prompt functions. Both work well when I'm attaching PDF (on path and as action) but nothing happens for emails. I Even disabled email conversation tab. I was thinking of extracting email body into form field for processing - but cant find a way to get email body into multi line field (through button/path or other).
Hello everyone, When testing applications with attachments on mobile phones (both Android and iPhone), the form is cut off on the left side. The current assumption is that this is due to the size of the attachment box. If the attachment is empty, only the paperclip icon is displayed. However, if there is a file in the attachment, the word “Attachment” is written out and the design error occurs. Has anyone else had the same problem? Or does anyone know a solution for it?

I enabled Single-Use mode in the licensing process. 2. In the admin settings, I assigned this type of license to the user. 3. I refreshed the licenses in the system to be sure. Hi, I have a path where the current user must select another user and pass a form to him. I want to send an email notification to both the selected user and his manager. I’m having trouble determining the manager automatically. Specifically, the problem comes down to the fact that I don’t know how to use a dynamic 'user' variable as a parameter.
