Hi community! We have 2 choice fields, first one is a dropdown (field1), second one has behaviour autocomplete (field2). Dependent on selection in field1, datasource of field2 (which is an SQL query containing value of field1) changes. This is working as expected. Picker search mode of field2 is set to 'Contains', minimum characters = 3. Regardless of what is entered in field2, all available entries are shown and are not filtered. Is it possible to display a message to additionally inform the user whether he really wants to change a given field (at the selected path or all paths)? In order to emphasize to the user that going forward with such a change will have some consequences?

Hi all. I have the requirement to create a report that aggregates process columns from multiple workflows. In the portal report configuration menu from the source tab I can choose multiple processes->workflows. However, doing so wil only allow me to pick system columns and not process related ones. Is there a way to surface process columns from across multiple workflows to build the report? Thanks.ac

Hello, 1. When i click on task, it always bring me into edit mode, and if there is other person assigned to this task, it is saying there is other person editing. Is there a way to block this edit mode? I mean, when i click on a task, i want to have it in a VIEW mode and then click on that EDIT button if i want to edit. 2. Hello Community, I would like to show or hide certain steps in the status panel in the form depending on a business logic. However, in the designer I only found a static (checkbox) option. Background is only the clarity about the process steps to be done. I thought maybe it would be possible to simply show and hide the container using JavaScript. Update/add attachments in Custom SDK action

Hello, I'm trying to update (preferred) or add a new attachment from a custom SDK action but have been unable to do so. The action reads the contents of a word attachment and makes changes to the content and should then update the attachment. Reading the attachment works fine but updating or adding a new one does not seem to work. Is there any complete and working sample code for updating/adding attachments from a custom SDK action available? thanks!

Good evening everyone, I'm looking for a way to get the name of an ItemList within a SELECT statement. I'm planning to build a way to move an ItemList row to another ItemList in the same instance. Therefore I need an autocomplete field with ID=ItemListID(DET_WFCONID) and Name=? . I'm kind of stuck. At the moment I can't even find it under (https://developer.webcon.com/2022/resources/db/). SearchIndex source for calendar - issue with timezone

Dear Community, I just discovered that when I select SearchIndex as a source for calendar type report, elements are in different timezone than server time. When I change source to SQL source everything is fine. Does anyone experience same issue? Best.

Errors when using <Current BPS Connection>

After upgrade to version 2022.1.4.174 I get errors on some querries that use <Current BPS Connection>. Error occurs when querying another database directly or using join, etc from SQL COMMAND or choose field querry. Showing multiple "assigned to" in report

Hi, I'm seeking a hint, how to show in the table report that an item is assigned to more than one person. Has anybody an idea? When a task is assigned to more than one, it is visible in the info bar in the item form, but in the tabled report (e.g. "all open instances") it shows only one name. Hi all! We want to execute a JSON query on a path (actually it is some business rule containing SQL query) and send these results to an external endpoint (REST service). The problem is that the query does not reflect current changes in form, since this happens on save.
