Hello, is there a possibility to use existing SOLR as Data Source? I had an idea to show users SQL grid, which would show similar items found in database, based on text typed in regular TextInput field. Hello. I have in mind that it has been possible in the past to format the text of the "task details" in a form by HTML, e.g. <B></B> <u></u>. That doesn't work anymore with V2021.1.5.xxx (see attached) The only thing that works is </br> for a line break. Is there a reason and more important: how can I format the text here? I'm following this article https://community.webcon.com/posts/post/approval-process-on-the-item-list-with-row-blocking/138 in order to block rows. I've managed to give access to items list only users mentioned in one of the columns of item list using SQL against BPS Users list (see picture attached) , but all rows are available to everyone from this column, not only one row per one user. What am I doing wrong?
Hi, Sometimes in portal our users report a bug "Minified React Error #185". This is happening when they expand the selection list. When we want to reproduce the error on our devices, everything works fine :) We tried clearing cookies - doesn't help, changing browsers - which sometimes helps but not all. Hello, does anyone can help me, how to disable a specified cell in item list? Problem description: 1) User enters ID numbers that are not allowed to be edited in the attribute "ID numbers uneditable" (screenshot). 2) For each ID number in item list, specified in the attribute "ID numbers uneditable", item list row should be colored red and should not be editable (should be DISABLE). Hi, How to set up multiple sender email addresses? In the configuration of sending emails you can settup only one account and our custommer would like to send emails from different inboxes depending on the application. They use Graph for the email configuration. Graph is capable of sending emails from multiple accounts, but can we settup this somehow in webcon? Hi, I've created quick paths on reports but it is not always showing in the report. When I logged in as a one particular user on my laptop, it's working. When the same user is logged in on her laptop to Webcon, quick path is not not showing at all. Also if I add "Mass actions" buttons, on my laptops are shown, on the same user are always inactive.

Hi, what is the proper way to handle AD login name changes in Webcon? I have this problem: I am synchronized with Windows AD. For instance I have a user in AD with login username: test.webcon and domain @webcon.com So the UPN for this particular user is test.webcon@webcon.com. And let's say the user changed his name to Test NewWebcon. So the AD administrator changed the user AD login name to test.newwebcon. When webcon synced with AD, my user got a new Bps_Id = test.newwebcon@webcon. (...)
Hi, In my "Leave of absence" process I allow users to select more than one person who will be the substitute during the leave. Action "Add substitution" (not sure it's name is exactly like this, I have Polish version) in current version, provided with the form field containing more than one person, adds the substitution only for the first one. It seems to have been working some versions ago. Is it normal now, does anyone have a workaround?

Hi, In several machines in my enviroment I get an error - Outlook turns of the webcon addin, because is slows down loading of the app. Is this normal, do you encounter the same problem? Even though Microsoft shows how to override the Outlook decision, I don't have this option in the addins dialog. I'm personally using Outlook 2016, is this too old for the addin to work?
May be a sily question, but... is there a way to turn off parts of a form rule? It would be nice to stop some elements (formulas) from working for debugging reasons. Now to do that I have to delete these parts. Am I missing something, is there w way to do that?
