Introduction

The new version of WEBCON BPS 2021 has brought some changes in Portal's appearance. This article describes the most important differences compared to the 2020 version.

The new appearance of the main page

On the main page of the platform, the Favorites elements (applications, reports, etc.) are displayed as tiles, similar to the "Frequently used applications" section. Thanks to this, you have easier access to them – for more information about this feature, see: Favorite elements as tiles on the home page (WEBCON BPS 2021).

Task counters

Task counters are one of the key elements of each WEBCON BPS applications. Now, they have gained a new appearance which is more compact and legible.

Start buttons

Start buttons can now be displayed in compact mode. Thanks to this, more start buttons can be placed on the application page. It is also possible to define any color for a start button. For more information, see: New options for start buttons in WEBCON BPS 2021.

It is also possible to hide start buttons in the navigation menu – they will not be displayed on the application's main page but can be used as an element creating, for example, administration dashboards for applications.

Redirection to the corporate site

The portal’s sidebar contains a new, configurable element – a link that will redirect you to a specified page. For more information about this feature see: Additional navigation link.

User avatars visible in comments

It is possible to add a picture to the user’s account. With the introduction of version 2021, user avatars are also displayed in the comments section of the form.

The new WEBCON BPS 2021 Portal appearance increases the ergonomics of using the platform and enables even greater graphic personalization of your application.
