I guess you could use a Choice field type "auto complete". Then you can configure (advanced configuration) the data mapping to the list-items. Best regards Ernst

Can someone at WEBCON please check our Ticket (openend via our provider DCCS).. its open since 3-4 weeks now.. Currently we are not able to deploy new applications, because the groups (ad and bps groups) are not evaluated. According to the sync-debug log, the sync-process runs through without

It seems there is a bigger problem with group/user sync in our production environment (we have a ticket @Webcon open - via our service provider). I get correct members using GROUP MEMBERS (group), but CURRENT USER IS ONE OF does always return false. Even the privileges are not working with groups

After some digging I found one entry in table [UserSynchronisationQueueItems] with an USQ status 100. But this entry is from 2024-10-17 ... not sure if this could block a complete synchronisation. I also checked [BpsUsersGroupRelations]: prod and dev-stage: emtpy in content-db, correct values in

Thanks Daniel! Some of these groups are created 2 or more weeks ago. Since the application (where these groups are used) was not deployed into production, I didn't notice this problem. We have a simple on prem installation with one content database. Maybe someone from WEBCON could provide som

Thanks for testing. Yes, I think its related to this issue: https://community.webcon.com/forum/thread/7490

I have some local groups. In the admin-view (via browser) I see a hour-glass on all local groups (waiting for sycn). This is only in our production stage. All ok in the development stage. 1) Business-Rule "CURRENT USER IS ONE OF" or "USER IS ONE OF" are not evaluated correctly (returning always f

2 examples: 1. We have a BPS group "BPS WEBCON DEV ADMINS" (3 members). If I use these group as "Business Administrators", then this is not evaluated for the Analytics-Views (all analytics reports are hidden for them). If I add these members as user to "Business Administrators" it is working as e

We love the inbuilt analytics features. The give us the opportunity to take a quick look whats going on. Especially for smaller Applications the Advanced Analytics Framework is very useful. Currently a user needs at least the role "Business Administrator". But we do not want to give this high-lev

Ok, i will create a user voice. Giving our department and division heads the ability to delete data from the productive system is, in my opinion, a worst-case scenario. At least in our company... ;-) Ernst

Hi, Is it true that the Business Administrator role is required to view the analysis (Overview, Heatmap, etc)? If that's the case, then I have a bigger problem. Since the metrics are relevant for our process managers, for example, or even for department or division heads, I would have to assi

It would be nice, if the default sorting would be "as it is configured in the workflow" instead of alpha-sort. See also here: https://community.webcon.com/forum/thread/7461 Thanks & kind regards Ernst

Hi! is there a way to sort the steps in the KPI report by their order in the workflow? The current alpha-sort makes no sense, imho. (in a different workflow wie use numbers in the steps... like 100 Start, 120 Approval,... but thats only a dirty workaround) Kind regards Ernst

Yes, but you are using {STEP_Name} and I am using the inbuilt "Taskdetails" The idea is to take the information task-name and task-details/description from the task-configuration and use it in custom-mails.

I changed now the task-recipient to test.development1 and also the mail-recipient to test.development1 Still showing the wrong step in the mail Thanks Ernst

Here some screenshots:

Hello! I moved now "Send Custom Mail" to the entry of the target-step (in my example "on entry Approval") But I still get the wrong stepname in the mail. "Start - upon approval" "check and approve the order" best regards Ernst

I have a workflow with these steps: * Start => *Approval Task name: "upon approval" Task details: "check and approve the order" If I use "Standard Mail" in Task-Creation via Task-Configuration I get these info in the mail: "Approval - upon approval" "check and approve the order" => all co

I am trying to use the inbuilt CR feature (https://community.webcon.com/posts/post/change-requests/388/3) Very nice implementation. But without any notification (ie. email if new request is submitted or on a new comment) this feature does not help much... or I am missing something? best regar
