Hi, is there any way to change the default behaviour when a xlsx/word attachment name is being clicked on the form? The default is to download the attachment. I would like people to edit it as a default, in order to avoid potential uploading another version of the file.
Hello Experts, We're currently on BPS version 2021.1.2.143 (getting ready for upgrade) I try to invoke a REST API to update form fields, and I get a proper response from the service, however, it doesn't update the fields. I'm using OData Query to filter and expand the data, and load the response definition from the service. The action configuration and action log with response are on my pictures. Hello, on my test instance the WebCon BPS service restarts. On average every 3 minutes. I get messages like below. Have any of you encountered this type of problem? Hi, We have a client that uses sharepoint to work with documents, for contracts. There is an item list that is used to manage these documents (so far, only upload and download) and they would like to also be able to delete some of the already uploaded documents. There is a main folder for each contract and there are a couple of subfolders for attachments, depending on when they where added. Hi all, Yesterday i upgrade Webcon to version 2023.1.3.118 and one things change. In workflow "Faktury" (Invoice) a had an action that download using Rest Api information about working time of employee. Using this data, system fill table with invoice items (eg. cost allocation ). But in this version i get error that: "No exact match was found for:..." ("Nie znaleziono dokładnego dopasowania:...") for attribute Choice field. In previous version this work fine. Hi, Can you help me with some ideas? My client wishes to have a functionality similar to the mobile notification app for the desktop version as well. Email notifications are not helpful because he receives a lot of emails daily, and he would prefer to be notified in a different way than through email notifications. Added a new record to the Interface language packs in System settings: sl-SI (Slovene); 2. Uploaded the .zip file downloaded from the BPS translator tool mentioned above; 3. After app migration between enviroments strange error occured which shows up every time existing instance is opened or new instance is started in all apps. Reverting back the previous version of the app did not solve the problem. Designer studio throws the error on clicking every item as well. Restarting server did not help. Hello everyone, I'm having problems with the push notifications that should be sent automatically when a new task is assigned. In the app settings on my mobile phone (Android), all notifications are activated and the app has permission to send messages. In the Designer Studio the Chechbox is activated in the Global Parameters. Unfortunately, no push messages are triggered. Where else did I miss something? Many thanks in advance. Hi, I'm starting sub-workflow instances from item list. I would like to save sub-workflow instance ID to the related column of item list. I'm using automation having FOR EACH and Start sub-workflow action. All i can see is the possibility to save subworkflow ID to the form field, not item list columns. Is there a better way than having another action updating item list with the IDs?
Hello everyone, I have a pretty workflow intense process (at least for me) - from main document i can start up to 5 subworkflows per subworkflow type (right now around 5). It sums up around possible 25 subworkflows, and none of those are technical. To avoid missing information, and digging through all of those elements we've decided, that commenting should be only possible on parent workflow, and this solves almost all problems. Hello, I've developed a process (start - finish). In the System Settings, I've configured a HotMailbox using Microsoft Graph, specifying a user mailbox, and the connection is OK. The issue I'm encountering is that 90% of emails are returning a validation error and the workflow is not starting and e-mails are not moved to the ERROR folder either. For other emails, it has moved them to the Error folder and i dont understand why. And just for 10% it worked fine - starting new workflow in (...)

Hi, When inserting an item list in a word template, the add-in asks for some columns configuration for the final table. Issue is that modifying "Display name" of a column of the item list is not visible in the final document, it is visible only in the template. The attachment document receives the original item list column name. The "Display name" set for an autogenerated column (like ID) works and modification is visible in both template and generated attachment. Thanks, Mihail
